When I'm in Kitzingen, a visit here is a must. Probably the only original Italian pizzeria in Kitzingen and the surrounding area. The owner is just as typically Italian as his offer. Can't understand why you want something else here. I hope everything stays as it is here. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it tastes the same here as it does in Bella Italia! After initially having had a good experience, I wanted to order a pizza again: after a pizza only with tuna is a bit dry, I wanted it with pineapple ... The lady on the phone refused to make me such a pizza - on the grounds that it was disgusting . I could have a pizza tuna with salami or ham but definitely not with pineapple ... Seriously !? I've never experienced such lousy customer service! Absolutely cheeky! Fortunately, I was advised that I could order the pizza somewhere else, because that would definitely be done ... After my wife and I agreed on the last order that the combination mentioned should actually be a bomb, we are probably justified quite disappointed that we didn't get what we wanted on our wedding day ...

Totally unfriendly staff! If you want to order a pizza that's not on the menu, you are told it's gross and should try somewhere else. OK...

We were extremely annoyed and left the restaurant without an order. Not so fast again.
